Subscription and Payment
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis with various tiers (Pilot, Focus, Standard, Full). Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to our pricing terms displayed on the website. Pilot purchases receive 100% credit toward ongoing monthly retainers.
Use of Service
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

No Guarantees

AI engine behavior is controlled by the platforms themselves (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), and results vary by industry, competition, and content quality. Our service provides process optimization and best-effort citation work.

Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pilot purchases are fully credited toward ongoing retainers. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBBY CENTRAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
